My dad was a big collector of West Virginia things. I've just recently started to dive in to his collection and I was trying to identify some coupon books he had. There are 2 from the Kanawha County Jail book ($2) number 0870 and 0871, and a West Virginia Penitentiary book $1 value number 748. Also a .25¢ black plastic token. Just trying to see what I have here. Any information is appreciated.
