Usually, sales are considered "remarkable" because they are very high, usually $100 or more. 
Inflation has struck! Beginning in December, 2024, "remarkable" will mean around $200 or more.
Sometimes they are remarkable because they are very low, as when R-9, or R-10, or unlisted scrip, sells for less than $200.
